These Terms set out our and your legal rights and obligations in relation to the Goods sold to you on this website (Slipstream Fine Art.com). Please read them carefully and make sure you understand them before using this site and/or purchasing any Goods from us. By using this site, and/or placing an order on this Website, you agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions. These Terms and any Contract between the Seller and the Customer are only in the English language.

Any personal information will only be used in connection with the Goods or Services purchased and will not be used for any other reason and will not be passed onto third parties. We do not collect credit/debit card details as all payments are handled via PayPal.

PLACING AN ORDER FOR GOODS

It is your responsibility to check that you have used the ordering process correctly. After an order has been placed on the Website, you will receive an e-mail  acknowledging that we have received the order (Order Confirmation). Once an order is placed, it becomes legally binding on you We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time. Confirmation on commission artwork will be made via either email or in writing via post.

TIMESCALES

We aim to despatch already completed artwork within three working days of receiving your order and payment. In the event of a public holiday this period may be longer. All timescales are approximate and dependant on in some cases factors outside our control. We reserve the right to alter timescales. If the ordered Goods are for a specific occasion please contact us prior to ordering in order that we may assist to meet your deadline to the best of our abilities. We will not be held responsible for any liability should goods not reach you prior to any deadline, once despatched.

DELIVERY

Delivery charges are free for UK delivery. Goods are sent via courier and are to be signed for. For International buyers additional delivery charges will be added, please email us for a quote prior to placing your order. Please note that we are unable to deliver to all countries. Please note that we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses, as a signature may well be required on delivery. Timescales for delivery may vary depending on the Customers address. Delivery timescales are indicative only. Whilst we will use all reasonable endeavours to meet any delivery dates, all delivery dates are estimates and approximate only. Multiple orders may be delivered in one or more deliveries. At the time of delivery if you suspect that the Goods have been damaged during transit then please refuse to sign for the Goods and email us as soon as possible with details. Delivery will be completed when we have delivered to Goods to the address provided when the order was placed. The Goods will become the responsibility of the Customer from the completion of the delivery. We do not accept any liability whatsoever for delays in delivery caused by third parties.

GENERAL PAYMENT TERMS

The price of Goods includes delivery charges within the United Kingdom of Great Britain, additional delivery charges are applicable for all Goods delivered to countries outside the United Kingdom. Payment for Goods and any delivery charges may only be made by Paypal. Please note we DO NOT accept any cheques or credit cards. Payment must occur at the time that the Goods are ordered using the ordering procedure on the Website.

RETURNS PROCEDURE

You must send all returns within 14 days of receipt.  Please email Slipstream1940@gmail.com for a returns address prior to posting. Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage. We cannot accept responsibility for any parcels lost in transit. If you decide not to keep the Goods. a) you must return the Goods in the same condition as they were sold in their original packaging and keep proof of postage. We will not be responsible for the cost of returning the items. b) We may claim compensation from you for returned Goods which have been damaged whilst in your possession, as a damaged painting cannot be resold.

ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

We attempt to be as accurate as possible when describing Goods on this Website; however, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the product descriptions, content and colours available on the Website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

NO RIGHT OF RESALE

Any Goods or services, are for personal use only. All rights are reserved by the artist.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content available on this Website, including, but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, data compilations, and software, and the compilation thereof (the Content) is the property of SLIPSTREAM FINE ART PRODUCTIONS  and must not be used without prior consent. We reserve all rights to the use of any artwork purchased by you, included rights to publication in either physical or electronic format including social media. No artwork shall be used to advertise or endorse an third party goods or services without prior agreement with SLIPSTREAM FINE ART PRODUCTIONS. Such agreement will result in payment for use in any form of endorsement or advertising either in printed or electronic format. Should you wish to request rights to use any of the goods on this website then please email Slipstream1940@gmail.com to request permission. We reserve the right to refuse permission without explanation or reason. Should such Goods be used without the permission of SLIPSTREAM FINE ART PRODUCTIONS then this may result in legal action. Images of the Goods are not to be uploaded or posted on any website including all forms of electronic social media without prior permission of SLIPSTREAM FINE ART PRODUCTIONS. We reserve the right to place a copy of any commission on our website as means to illustrate the type of work undertaken. Any such image will include an embedded watermark in order to prevent any unauthorised re-production or publication. We will not upload or post any such commission onto any social networks site without prior permission with the Buyer. We reserve the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time.

MISCELLANEOUS

The contract is between the Seller (us) and the Customer (you). No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms, Each of the paragraphs of these Terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs shall remain in force and effect. These Terms will be governed by and interpreted according to English law. This means a Contract for the purchase of Goods through the Website and any dispute or claim arising out of it or in connection with it or these Terms will be governed by English law. All disputes arising under them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We take all reasonable steps to ensure that we provide a fast and reliable service, we cannot guarantee that your use of or access to this Website will be interruption or error-free and we will not be responsible for any disruption, loss or corruption of any material in transit, or the loss or corruption of material or data when downloaded onto any computer system. Our entire liability under or in connection for any Goods to which these conditions apply shall not exceed the price of the products, except as expressly provided in the conditions. Items purchased via this website are covered by Mail Order Consumer Contract regulations.
